HIIT Dumbbell Rush
I haven’t tried this workout before but it looks very similar to workouts I’ve done in the past. I usually like to do full-body weight sessions but I’m a firm believer in changing up workouts frequently to keep the muscles guessing and reduce boredom. I did a search for “high intensity dumbbell workout” and this is what I came up with. It looks like it has all the bases covered as far as muscles are concerned. It combines 3 days of weights with 2-3 days of interval training (I’m also a firm believer in intervals). Give it a shot this month (after checking with your doctor first, of course).
